As an avid player, I have been taught a few important lessons while playing over the the last couple of years. It doesn’t matter if you prefer to wagering at the ‘bricks and mortar’ type or the numerous online casinos. Here are my golden rules of gambling, many of which may be judged clear thinking, but if followed they will assist you in going a long way to departing with a sense of enjoyment.
Rule 1: Go to a casino with a set number that you are ready and are able to afford to bet – How much would it cost for a night out on diner, cocktails, entrance fees and tips? This is a good value to utilize.
Rule two: Don’t pack your debit card out with you – or any way of withdrawing money out. Don’t concern yourself about cash for the taxi if you spend all your money; most cab operators, particularly the taxis hailed at casinos, will drive you to your house and shall be more than happy to wait for the cash when you get home.
Rule three: Stick to your predetermined limit. I constantly envision what I would love to buy should I profit. The last time I was able to go, I concluded I’d really would love to buy a new digital camera which retailed at $400, so that was my predetermined threshold. As soon as I surpassed that figure, I quit. Just walk away. Even if Clairvoyant Carla herself gives you the upcoming number for the roulette wheel, ignore her and leave. Depart safe in the understanding that you will be heading into the city and getting a great new toy!
Rule 4: Have a good time. When you’re "energetic" you will win. It’s a certainty. I do not understand how, but it simply is. As soon as it turns into a commitment, or you are just betting to acquire money you have lost, you usually will lose more. When you’re winning, experiencing a wonderful experience with your mates, or your girlfriend, you will win even more.
